Chubb will use Genoa’s submission management to issue ocean cargo policies and other Genoa modules for monthly invoicing, certificate management, shipping and storage declarations and first notice of loss. Genoa replaces Chubb’s ocean cargo proprietary system for policy administration and premium booking. Chubb’s use of Genoa will help it to ensure consistency of information. By design, when an update is made to the application, Chubb will receive it automatically. “Chubb can now better serve its clients with 24/7 availability to policy declarations, forms, endorsements, cargo certificates and other information.
