The Editrade Protest allows ABI participants to file, amend or query protests, petitions, and interventions electronically with U.S. Customs from any location. The Editrade Protest transmits the information to Customs and receives notifications from Customs, keeping the filer informed of any changes in status, including the final decision. A filer can follow the initial filing with transmissions of amendments, addenda, or special requests. In additional, the filer can query Customs for the status of the protest.
