The Event Management module allows forwarders to create event maps per client or type of shipment. Event maps (shipment profiles) are attached to templates and shipment files which initiates an alert to all parties when a change or discrepancies occurs within the shipping plan.
Functionality includes:
• Event maps by client and type of shipment
• Unlimited number of events
• Expected vs actual date
• Business rule function to set triggers
• Automated notifications by email and XML file transfer
• Event dashboard
