In 2004, Oceanwide acquired Miami-based Micro Software Services Inc. (MSSI) commonly known as EDITRADE, the leader in US Customs Brokerage and Manifest Software. The acquisition expanded Oceanwide's market-leading portfolio of transportation solutions to include Automated Brokerage Interface (ABI) and the industry's first version of Automated Manifest for Air, resulting in the establishment of Oceanwide (USA) Inc.
Both organizations developed their solutions in collaboration with leading industry participants, from end-users to regulatory bodies. Oceanwide's solutions are currently operating successfully in the most demanding commercial environments spanning more than 2000 enterprises including many fortune 500 companies.
