Company Management Team Mark Adessky
Mark is one of the founders of Oceanwide and has acted as its CFO, General Counsel and also ran its operations in Miami for several years. Mark now acts as Oceanwide’s C.O.O of Global operations and is responsible for its international growth strategy.
Prior to joining Oceanwide, Mark practiced Corporate and Technology law in Montreal and was a partner at a law firm located within Montreal. Mark has broad experience in the establishment and operation of software companies and has successfully negotiated numerous financings, mergers and acquisitions related to the software industry. Mr. Adessky holds two Law degrees from McGill University as well as a degree in Economics.
