Bridge University is a comprehensive training program that empowers you to design, configure, implement and maintain insurance products using Bridge, Oceanwide’s policy administration system.

We offer a three-phase training program that includes a combination of classroom-style seminars, remote product configuration workshops, and online presentations. The training program is designed for individuals who want to lead or participate in product implementation projects using Bridge.

PHASE 1:

Introduction to Bridge: Product Implementation and Configuration Methodologies

The basic workshop is a classroom style seminar that runs for five full days and includes hands-on exercise with trainer assistance. Each class has a maximum of 5 students. The workshop sessions include requirements gathering, solution design, configuration and change management. Each class will have one trainer.

PHASE 2:

Implementation Project

Once your team attends the basic workshop; the advanced workshop provides one-on-one training for those who need more in-depth knowledge of configuring Bridge.

PHASE 3:

Level 1 Implementation and Configuration Certification Exam

Test your team’s knowledge and build their confidence in configuring new products in Bridge. Everyone one who passes the exam will receive their “diploma”.

Training is delivered by software and insurance professionals with years of experience working on the front-lines as implementation specialists, business analysts, underwriters/brokers and project managers. Classroom training is offered at Oceanwide’s Montreal office or at your offices.
