Mark Adessky, CFO:
Co-founder of Oceanwide and the company’s CFO, Mark Adessky has broad experience in the establishment and operation of software companies. He has successfully negotiated numerous financings, mergers and acquisitions related to the software industry. Mr. Adessky holds two Law degrees and a degree in Economics.

David Berger, EVP:
EVP and one of the company’s founders, Mr. Berger is a management and strategic planning expert with extensive knowledge of the transportation industry. Mr. Berger spearheads product development, partnership and acquisitions initiatives. He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and a degree in Naval Architecture.

Jonathan Wasserman, COO:
COO, Mr. Wasserman holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor Degree in Life Sciences from Queen’s University. He has also concluded the curriculum and residency of a Ph.D. in Business Administration program from Berne University. He has over 12 years experience in the communications and marketing fields working as Marketing and International Marketing Director for Canada and several Asian subsidiaries within several major pharmaceutical companies.

Mark Orosz, CSO/CIO:
Mr. Orosz has over 20 years of hands-on experience in application systems design and development, strategic planning, information systems and network design, security auditing, prevention planning, and business solution development. He has worked with networks and customers of all sizes, from SME’s to fortune 100 companies and successfully managed teams of technical staff while operating his own network and security consulting firm . He also has particular expertise in the Microsoft development environment, has Microsoft Certification and holds a CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) designation. Mr. Orosz manages all of Oceanwide Inc’s IT Operations and IT Security globally ensuring that Oceanwide continues to evolve as a world-class provider of on-demand software with a robust, reliable and secure infrastructure.

Joseph Joy, VP Sales Logistics and Compliance:
Mr. Joy is responsible for developing Oceanwide's strategic accounts for the Logistics and Compliance group. He has more than fifteen years of sales, marketing and product marketing experience. Since joining Oceanwide in 1999, he has been responsible for new and ongoing business development with strategic accounts, and actively participated in the requirements and product definition initiatives that ultimately produced the company's suite of logistics and compliance products. Mr. Joy has a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Bishop's University, Lennoxville, QC.

Gabriel Suissa, Managing Director, Oceanwide Europe
VP International, Genoa Insurance Division :
Mr. Suissa is an Oceanwide business development veteran with over 10 years of sales, marketing, and entrepreneurial expertise. Gabriel has served as sales executive as well as in various director-level positions within Oceanwide. As Oceanwide’s resident insurance industry expert, Mr. Suissa was instrumental in the development and implementation of Oceanwide’s on-line insurance platform: Genoa. Mr. Suissa studied Economics at Concordia University in Montreal and has obtained his commercial lines insurance broker’s license.
